- Valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise
- Based on disclosed site conditions
- May vary if scope changes
Scope of Services
Services are provided according to:
- Written quote
- Agreed frequency
- Site inspection
Additional services incur additional charges.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide safe access
- Ensure utilities are available
- Disclose hazards
- Secure valuables
ACC is not liable for pre-existing damage.
Payment Terms
Unless agreed otherwise:
- Payment due within 7 days
- Late fees may apply
- Services may be suspended for non-payment
Insurance
ACC maintains:
- Public Liability Insurance
- Relevant worker coverage
- Contractor compliance where applicable
Certificates available upon request.
Limitation of Liability
ACC’s liability is limited to the value of services provided.
We are not liable for:
- Indirect loss
- Consequential damages
- Loss of profit
Workplace Health & Safety
ACC operates under NSW WHS legislation.
We:
- Conduct risk assessments
- Provide PPE
- Train staff
- Maintain safe work procedures
Environmental Policy
We aim to:
- Use eco-conscious products
- Reduce water usage
- Dispose of waste responsibly
Quality Assurance
We maintain:
- Cleaning checklists
- Supervisor inspections
- Reporting systems
- Client feedback procedures
